The Premier League retuned last weekend and Big teams saw new signings line out for their resoective teams. Chelsea, Manchester United, Totenham, Arsenal, Liverpool, all saw debuts for new signings. with the rate of Premier League clubs Activity in the Transfer Window, Fans are always buzzling with enthusiasm for the new season. to see their New signing show footballing abilities and this time was no exception.

The weekend started with Arsenal’s win at Coventry, Arsenal’s new boy Tzolis was Bright throughout the game, showing glimpses to make the gunners fan excited for their new Winger. The player was a major force in the First half, contributing to the First goal. having pressed his opponent to force and error, and create space for Caliafori to set up for Harvetz for the opener. The winger grew into the game, and once again the right hand side created another opportunity for Saka to tap in for 2-Nill. Second half came and saw Tzolis, continue to grow into the game and saw an attempt on goal deflected to a Corner. while it feels like to early to Call it a 10/10 signing, fans can say that Arsenal got a good replacement for Trossard

Manchester United early kickoff on Saturday saw Andre Santos and Youri Tilemans make their debut for the Manchester side. while the duo came into the game with great expectations, they struggled to match the intensity of Hull City. Tilemans looked flat, and wasn’t what fans expected from the Belgium midfielder. while Santos was active, with interceptions that made Manchester United’s deficit stay at 2-nill. the duo where substituted early on in the second laf with Kobe Maino and Matheus Cunha replacing them.

while New Ineos signing Baleba, brings a different level of intercepting, fans will look for a far improved Tilemans, in their second game of the season

Totenham Hotspurs had a very significant window adding 7 players as at date, and still counting. the Club is looking for better fortunes, after narrowly excaping relegation last season. Van Hecke, Senesi, Tonali all debuted in their weekend clash with Brentford, but it was Brentford’s new signing Sangere that stole the spotlight. as Tonali Failed to keep up with the Mali international.

Van hecke and Senesi Center-back pairing was absolutely in shambles, as they duo lacked communication, and left too much spaces in their own box. Savinho, Mamoush are still expected to further boost spurs attack, while Fernadez is yet to be fully fit. however De Zerbi’s still have a lot of work to do.

Manchester City record signing Elliot Anderson started for the Citizens in their late win at home to Bornemouth but was not influential in the flow of the game. with City conceding in the first half, and Anderson having a knock, the English midfielder was substituted in the second half, as Maresca reshuffled his midfield. Ryan Cherki came off the bench to produce two assists, as City ran away with the three points

Liverpool game vs Newcastle saw debuts for Jacquet, Araujo and Munioz. Jacquet started the game well, and looked comfortable with the ball. one could hardly spot an error in the Young Frenchman’s performance. however his role in Newcastle second goal saw him faulted by fans for poor positioning, in build up to the goal, and was eventually substituted for Araujo. Iraola started with Ngumoha on the Left wing. however Munioz cameo off the bench, prove that the Spanish winger can be a very good addition for Liverpool.

Chelsea have made multiple New signings this summer, having failed to qualify for Europe last summer. alongside Alonso, the blues had Lacroix, Chavarria, Rodgers, all making Premier League debut for the club. Lacroix was largely praised by Stamford bridge faithful, for his performance, as he provided an assist for Chelsea’s second goal. Rodgers who tapped in from Lacroix assist, was Largely absent during the game. with Cole Palmer running the show, Rodgers showed flashes of brilliance, for which Chelsea signed him for a Club record fee. Chavarria came in in the second half, and did not do much during the game for the Blues. while new signings, Emegha, and Barco did not feature as Chelsea have a large Squad depth going into the new season.
